Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building strong relationships with clients and candidates, and delivering top talent to meet hiring needs. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills, along with a proactive and consultative approach to recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job brief to offer stage.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and hiring managers.

Source, screen, and interview candidates through various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, referrals).

Write and post job adverts to attract qualified applicants.

Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and provide updates to candidates and clients.

Offer guidance to both clients and candidates on salary levels, training requirements, and career opportunities.
- Meet or exceed performance targets (e.g., placements, revenue, or client satisfaction).

Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity.

Qualifications & Experience:
