Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building strong relationships with clients and candidates, and delivering top talent to meet hiring needs. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills, along with a proactive and consultative approach to recruitment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job brief to offer stage.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and hiring managers.

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates through various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, referrals).

  • Write and post job adverts to attract qualified applicants.

  • Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and provide updates to candidates and clients.

  • Offer guidance to both clients and candidates on salary levels, training requirements, and career opportunities.

  • Meet or exceed performance targets (e.g., placements, revenue, or client satisfaction).
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or a sales-oriented role
  • Experience with CRM software is a plus
