Machine Operator

Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Machine Operator in a busy packaging centre based in Carrigtwohill, Cork.

We have a position available in the Wood section at present.

This role requires experience with working with wood assembly products ie. putting together flatpack furniture etc.

Includes the use of tools for wooden assembly such as hammers, nail guns, screwdrivers etc.

Monday to Thursday starting at 7.00am – finishing 3.30pm, Friday starting at 7.00am- finishing at 2.30pm

Rate of Pay €14.10 per hour, overtime for first 4 hours paid at time and a half and any over time after that paid at double time

Machine operating, maintenance and safety
Assembly, cutting, housekeeping
Keeping standards of quality to a high degree
Improving and innovating on a regular basis
Team work and timekeeping are a key part of this job
