Multi Drop Rigid Driver

Job description

I am currently seeking a multi drop rigid driver for my client based in Millstreet, Cork.

• €35,000 per year

€150.03 per day includes €15.41 daily tax free sub

Monday – Friday with odd Saturday work

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain a Class C category delivery truck assigned by the company.
• Perform multi-drop deliveries, including chilled and ambient products.
• Handle loading and unloading of goods.
• Plan routes using GPS systems to ensure timely deliveries.
• Inspect trucks and log issues via the company app.
• Maintain cleanliness and ensure the vehicle is washed weekly.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers.
• Record delivery logs and ensure compliance with CPC requirements.
• Report road incidents or mechanical issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Valid Class C driver license with CPC certification.
• Current Tachograph card.
• At least 1 year of professional driving experience.
• Clean driving record.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Flexible, team-oriented, and adaptable mindset.
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and reliable.
• Must be over 25 years of age.
