Production Shift Manager

This is a full-time on-site role as a Production Shift Manager.

The Production Shift Manager will be responsible for overseeing shift operations, managing production schedules, ensuring quality standards are met, and coordinating with different departments to optimize production processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in food production management, operations, and scheduling
• Knowledge of quality control procedures and standards, Excellent GMP practice.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Experience in the transportation or logistics industry is a plus

Role details

– Shift – Day shift starting times 6am – 8am – 10-hour shift which includes breaks.

– Working 5days over 7

– Managing 20- 25 staff may be more in busy times.
