Sales Executive

Responsilbilties

– Develop and attract new sales and business accounts – both for packaging and testing

– Manage and grow existing customers business

– Utilize leads and contacts within the given territory

– Increase business with existing accounts

– Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships.

– Meet pre-determined quarterly sales targets

– Pro-actively market and develop global brand

– Report weekly/monthly to management

Candidate will :

– Have 5+ years’ experience in packaging – (experience in corrugated, carton board, labels, plastics, ancillary packaging desirable).

– Knowledge of packaging/testing sales to the pharmaceutical and medical device industry

– Demonstrate proven track record in sales, lead generation and business development

– Be currently resident in Ireland

– Be Results Driven and Ambitious work ethic

– Have Strong Interpersonal and Negotiation Skills

– Be technically savvy or be positively disposed to learning technical aspects of the products and testing offering

– Be confident in selling to decision makers at all levels

– Manage in an organized and efficient manner and have ability to handle multiple responsibilities

– Have ability to adapt to changing priorities and market conditions
