Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration Planner to join dynamic team at our client’s company in Dublin, Ireland. As an Administration Planner, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and optimizing the daily activities of our drivers to ensure efficient and timely recycling operations.


  1. Route Planning:
    • Develop and optimize daily delivery and collection routes for drivers.
    • Consider factors such as fuel efficiency, traffic patterns, and customer locations.
    • Continuously monitor and adjust routes to accommodate changes or disruptions.
  2. Schedule Management:
    • Create and manage driver schedules, ensuring proper coverage for all routes.
    • Coordinate with drivers and management to accommodate special requests or urgent pickups.
    • Monitor driver working hours to ensure compliance with regulations.
  3. Communication:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers, addressing inquiries and providing necessary information.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  4. Documentation and Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate records of driver activities, including route changes, delays, and customer interactions.
    • Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to driver efficiency and route optimization.
  5. Compliance:
    • Stay informed about local traffic regulations and compliance standards.
    • Ensure that drivers adhere to safety protocols and regulations.
  6. Problem Resolution:
    • Address and resolve any issues that may arise during daily operations, such as vehicle breakdowns or delays.


  1. Education:
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. Experience:
    • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the logistics or recycling industry.
    • Familiarity with route planning software and logistics management systems.
  3. Skills:
    • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficient in using route planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  4. Knowledge:
    • Understanding of local traffic regulations and compliance standards.
  5. Problem-Solving:
    • Ability to quickly and effectively address and resolve operational challenges.
  6. Team Player:
    • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well within a team.
  7. Flexibility:
    • Willingness to adapt to changing schedules and priorities.
