Job Title: Warehouse Operative / Packer

Location: Dublin 15
Reports to: Warehouse Supervisor / Manager
Employment Type: Full-time, Temporary
Pay Rate: €14.20 per hour
Shifts: Day and Evening Shifts Available (working 5 days over 7)

Job Summary:

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives / Packers to join our busy warehouse team based in Dublin 15. The successful candidates will support the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including picking, packing, and preparing goods for dispatch. You will work efficiently as part of a team to meet targets while maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.

• Prepare, label, and palletize goods for dispatch.

• Receive and check incoming deliveries, reporting any discrepancies or damages.

• Store products safely in the correct warehouse locations.

• Maintain accurate stock control and assist with regular inventory checks.

• Keep the warehouse clean, tidy, and free of hazards.

• Follow all health and safety procedures at all times.

• Work flexibly across various warehouse tasks as required by management.

Skills and Requirements:

• Previous experience in a warehouse, packing, or logistics environment is an advantage but not essential.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Good attention to detail and accuracy.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

• Willingness to work a flexible schedule (5 days over 7, including weekends if required).

• Physically fit and able to lift and move items safely.
